I lived at Pheasant Ridge Apartments for five years and truly enjoyed my experience there. The apartment was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Any problems we had were responded to promptly. For instance, our dish washer broke one Saturday and we had a brand new one installed in our apartment in less than two hours!!! Now I call that service!

The apartments are very accessible to many things. Rt. 95, The Burlington Mall, and many fine dining resaurants are within 5 minutes. Compared to other apartments I thought the rent was cheap.

My roommate and I took pride in our living space and therefore had a great reputation with out landlords. I only moved out because it was time to buy! If your looking for a place to rent, I would reccommend these apartments.
