I have always found management very attentive to all of the tenants needs. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment with all appliances in perfect working order and new carpets. The units are all updated with new carpets and freshly painted. The parking has never been a problem and the noise level I find to be very minimal. I would recommend Pheasant Ridge Apartments to anyone who is looking for a great convenient place to live!
