I actually was apartment hunting a few months ago and came across Pheasant Ridge Apartments, and almost moved there until I discovered the countless bad reviews about the place. When I went to see the apartments I brought at least ten of the bad comments that I found on this site. So to follow up on the last tenants comments, they did just discover the internet and after I showed the management all the nasty reviews I found,....all of a sudden, out of the blue... these good reviews, raving about the management started showing up!! All I can say is, everyone knows what the management is up to, so beware apartment hunters! And thank you www.aptratings.com!!
