Pheasant Ridge Apartments

A good place to be From: handjvio Date posted: 9/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   Pheasant Ridge is in a great commuter location and is near shopping, restaurants and the Burlington Mall. It has been great to be a minute away from all these amenities. We have been here almost three years. Our time here has been good. The property management has always been responsive and things get taken care of with a phone call, ususally that day. Other reviews of the management/staff are not accurate in my opinion, but I don't pretend to speak for everyone and everyone is entitled to an opinion. I will tell you, prospective tenant, that we have been treated fairly. The grounds are neatly maintained, there is a pool and laundry facilities in the building. The common areas are professionally cleaned and the driveways and parking areas are plowed in the winter. All in all, Pheasant Ridge is a good place to live. If you are a responsible tenant you will have no problems here. In fact, management allowed us to use them as a reference for a mortgage application, which they didn't have to do. They helped us even when it meant that they would be losing a tenant in the process.
