i?ve been here for several years. i?ve read the reviews, and they are unfair. yes, there was a problem with the office manager, but she?s gone now, and our new manager is great. i haven?t spoken to her that much, because when you call up with a problem, it?s taken care of immediately, no more nasty attitude. and the owner truly does care about the happiness of her tenants, when we see here, she always srtikes up a conversation, making sure everthing is ok. the public areas are always well maintained as is the landscaping. the pool area is great, never too crowded. the neighbors are friendly, and for the most part,quiet. the parking would be better if the tenants guests parked in the visitors lot, like it is stated in our lease.
