Good things:
- Location is good, if you are interested in a place where you can get to the mall in 5 minutes (see the note about traffic below).
- Price is OK. Though it's a trade off. If you have a family living there all day and you happen to land in a unit without heat beware. (The units can be drafty)
- The building is in an OK shape. Though I found some nails exposed due to sloppy job.
Snow plowing seems OK. Nothing wonderful, but it's alright.
The bad:
- Location is very noisy. There is a verizon complex near-by and you can hear the trucks beeping, honking and engine noise early in the morning. Also, Rt 3 is very heavily congested at times.
- I don't like the shady fake filler comments by obvious management as someone noted. Based on cut and paste job, I'd agree this is the management trying hard to raise the ratings.
- Management does try. They are trying hard to make squeeze money out of the tenants from time to time. Please note that they will do everything to prevent you from putting in your own cable and force you to go with their satellite service.
- No pets are allowed.
I think the place is in the middle of the road. I've seen better and worse in my days. For the price, I don't think it's too bad.
