I'm indifferent about living here. The apartments was old, but the price was reletivelyt reasonable. I would probably recomend a friend to live here....if they had low expectations.
Good:
Parking is adequate.
Rent is average.
Maintenance is great.
Located on Route 3(see bad)
Close to Roche Bro's.
Very good at removing snow.
New carpet.
Bad:
Apartment is ALWAYS hot!! A/C all year.
Everything is old. 70's color schemes.
Route 3 is loud and always backed-up so it takes 10 minutes to go 1 mile to 128.
Pool is only open 2 months, and full of non-residents.
