I lived in apartment building three. I found it quiet and nobody complained about my A/V system at moderate levels. The grounds are well maintained. The apartment manager is onsite during the week and is responsive, but I rarly needed anything done for me. The parking lot fills up late at night, but there's enough room extending into the guest parking area.

It's on the outskirts of Woburn, so it's dead at night.

I'm disappointed to read the other reviews here, but maybe the experience is different at the other buildings in the complex.
