I lived in back side of one of the units that I had to pay for my heating. Because I was away from the Rt 3a, it wasn't too bad. The only noisy thing about this place was the occasional Verizon trucks reverse beep noise.

Complaints:
1. The unit was always cold as the management installed a brand new A/C Heating unit upon my complaint (water leaking), but did not seal the unit properly. There was a gap without an insulation so it didn't matter how much I cranked the thing up. If I mentioned it, they probably would've fixed it.
2. I had to use their internet service & satellite thing. let me start by saying that internet/satellite service was cheaper then anything I could've gotten on my own. For a person with budget, I think they are just compaling for nothing. The only problem was I wanted a high speed connection to myself, but I couldn't. Most people will not care for it though. Note that when I mentioned that speed was too slow for the amount of people using, the management increased the bandwidth.

As for the pool, I never used the pool as I never thought of it as a wonderful place to meet or chat with people anyways as most tenants kept to themselves. Few I spoke with were friendly. Hours were limited and since I work a lot, I never bothered.

Location wise, it was convenient except when the Rt 3 got backed up. (Like anything close to 128, duh!).

I never saw a single pest while I lived there. I saw another reviewer's comment, but that could be another unit. (I think I was in building 5).

Care of the unit:
Because it's a privately owned units, the owner really likes to take care of things. People may not like the color choice, but that's part of life. (Get your own place). I think the condition of the units wer excellent.

Overall, I was pleased with the living condition. I think as a business, the owner is doing a 'good' job. I think it's 3 person operation (1 owner, 1 secretary, and 1 super). They were all friendly and they were open to my suggestions as in one year, they had repalced a/c and heating unit, and even offered to swap out the oven with another unit I saw! I think the suggestion I want to make is, spend the 5 minutes and talk to the people in the office, and they'll really take care of you.
