Worst decision of my life

When I had to decide things hurrily and go for an apartment I hav choosen Pheasant Ridge Apartment.
Things have been going ok except the internet where the landlady re-sells the cable for standard price $55. Meaning, the only way the apartment residents can get internet is through land lady. The speed is less than DSL. streaming video shows still pictures most of the times.
The real problem started when I complained that I saw couple of roaches in my apartment. The landlady asked me to put it in a jar and give it to her. I did exactly what she said. The next day somebody buzzed my door to my surprise it is a eviction notice from attorney that I have to vacate the apartment within 30 days.
One thing I used to take care is to keep the aparment clean from the begining, for which I got a nice present.
P.S.: If you want to live life respectfully, stay AWAY!!!!
