Nightmare---Never recommended

My experience there was a nightmare...noisy, noisy, noisy...Young guys play motorcyle at latenight in the yard (you can image how loud it is..) thin walls and I can hearing clearly what my neighbor is talking in her living room...strange sounds during late nights..It drove me almost crazy...
