Looks like this apartment manager is pretty smart : they have people to write tens of nice posts for them around May 2003...

As a matter of fact, I had been there for one year and that's the worst decision I ever made..

The place is pretty close to high way 128 and Route 3A, quite noise at night, esp. summer time.. If you live in 2nd floor, be aware to live away from the machine room, otherwise you wont be able to get sleep...

They have very bad internet connection (a little bit faster than the phoneline) and you have to pay around 60 bucks for that (that's the only way you get connected since the landlord only allow you to use their own service and try to make money from you.)..

They charge almost $2 per load for laundary..that's realy insane..

Safety is also an issue here...My neighbour bought a new Honda and found the tires were stolen in the parking lots... If you come home late, there may be strangers following you...

The rooms are very hot in the summer and you have to pay huge bills

Well, for the maintenance, one of the lady there is nice, but the guy is not and always reluctant to offer a help...
