terriable place to live

The place is very old and noisy, the AC/heating is dirty and even didn't work in cold winter. The rent is expensive and the utility bill can easily rach $100 per month, since the rent doesn't include the hot water and heating.The worst of all, you don't get the security deposit back after your leave, because your money is used to repair things that were already broken before you moved in. When you do the move-in check, make sure you check the back of the stove, otherwise you will be charge for cleaning it.
