this place is dumpy and the landlord seems nice to get you to live there but then becomes impossible in responding to request to fix the problems with appt. Not sure if they have financial problems and is waiting to sell this place. exercise cautions before making any committment.

the secretary seems to have an attitude problem as well, it is a known fact that the landlord has to appear in court often to settle dispute with tenents.

these buildings are pretty old and lack of good maintainance, the units close to Cambridge Road are noisy with traffics and in Winter, very difficult to park because of the slipy slope.
