Very nice apartment, all new appliances and newly renovated kitchen and bath with laminate wood in dining and kitchen area. Management is awesome, always willing to help, and the maintenance guys are wonderful. I had to have some tile redone in the bathroom after a leak upstairs and they came in and did it quickly and were extremely friendly. My only complaint is my neighbors kids who run up and down the corridor making doors bang but it's not like they are in every building.
