The place is old but renovated; however, due to the poor workmanship, eventually , things fall apart. Beware though, that when you move out, they will charge you for it. They even charge things like repainting the walls and cleaning eventhough the wall is the way it was and you have already cleaned the entire apartment. These are fees that I never incurred in my 9 yrs life of renting with various apartments.
