When I first moved in, they seemed ok. The first impression was great. They were willing to go the extra distance to help me move in, the maintenance staff is quick, and nice. If you've got other issues though, don't hold your breath. There's drug/alcohol interactions/usage in the main parking lot, and when they were asked to do something about it, the management said it was out of their hands. The A/C unit was old, which generates a high electric bill. There was an issue with a nice family on the 2nd floor who was pushed out by some jerk on the 3rd floor. Whenever they would cook a meal, the jerk would come out and spray the hallway complaining loudly of the stench... it actually smelled very good. He would complain about their child, and would get worse if they had company (who were of the same ethnicity). This was the only family they targeted, and they happened to not be Caucasian... other people in the building have kids. The management "couldn't do anything", so the nice family had to move, as it became unbearable. My biggest issue, however, is how unhelpful they are when you try to move out. If you need an extra day, they won't give it to you, you need to be out ON THAT DAY, unless you want to pay an extra 1/2 month's rent... that's ridiculous... Can’t give an extra day' This otherwise apathetic management stood firm on that policy...

Does not sound bitter at all to me. And who would lie about things like that in detail? I was going to check this one, but I guess I will skip it, not because of the nasty neighbor, but because of the stiff management.

your crazy, this place is great! I moved in two months ago and love this place, management is great. & for your info stupid the reason why you can't stay one extra day is because the place has already been rented for the next day. They came in and painted and cleaned my place in one day. Sounds like good management to me !!
