I see people have complained about drug deals and other problems in the parking lot...I have no idea what they are talking about. I don't live in any of the places that face the lot, but I've driven by late at night many times and have never seen people hanging around in the lot.

I can't speak for the apartment buildings, but the townhouses are very quiet...all I can hear of my neighbors is the very rare, faint thumps of them walking up the stairs. Most of the time it's like we don't have anybody on either side of us. It can be loud if people are talking on their back patios while you're trying to sleep with the window open, but that is the only thing that has ever bothered me...and you can always just close the window and turn on the central air!

The appliances are kind of old. Our dishwasher doesn't work all that great. That is just about the only thing I don't like about this place. It does it's job though, so I can't complain too much. The carpets are fairly new, the bedrooms are big, the closets are not walkins, but cover most of an entire wall in the bedrooms.
