Complex appears to look fine upon the showing, but once you move-in, it becomes a nighmare! Parking is bad! If you have a 1BR, you are entitled to ONE parking spot- but couples who rent 1Brs use 2 spots daily, free of charge, they have guest over & that takes up more spots. I have to park 3 buildings away from mine. The air quality is very poor; smells from other apts. come through the bathroom vent & permiate through the hallways. Very few people follow any kind of rules: no smoking & no pets in the hallways- they do it & nothing is done about it! No food/drink at the pool & tenants sit drinking beer all day & night. Low class people run the complexes & 75% of the tenants are as well.

I LIVED IN THIS DUMP FOR 17 YEARS. THEY GAVE ME A NOTICE TO KICK ME OUT FOR !!!NO!!! REASON. ALL YOU SAID IS EXACTLY TRUE. PLUS IT SUCKS MORE. ------- LIVE HERE, AND THIER COOKING STINKS! DON'T MOVE HERE. THE NOIZZE!!! IS UNBEARABLE. ERIC THE SUPER.,, IS A ----. THE OWNER BILL DUFFY IS A REAL BASTERED.
