I rented in 2005/2006 in Woburn at Tudor Glen. The place seemed nice initially. It is quite except for the nasty ugly high tension wires running right above your head all day crackling with electricity.

The office people were nice at first. Rent was a little high for what they were asking but I liked the area so I signed the lease.
The interior of the apartments is UGLY. Kitchen appliances are from 1983. The linoleum floor in my townhouse should have been replaced.

Insulation I later found out was horrible leading to a $617 energy bill from NStar for 1 month!
Some kids broke a window in my kitchen in the middle of winter and it took maintenance until the next day to replace it and then only after taking $30 from me.

Around this same time I started seeing cockroaches in the bathrooms and in the kitchen.

When it rained there would be MASSIVE flooding around the patio area.

Neighbors blast AC/DC, Quiet Riot and Metallica 24/7. Beer cans and other trash were strewn about and cleared by maintenance in a rather sloth-like manner.

I moved out and never saw my security deposit. They filed with a credit agency for my last month's rent even though it had been paid at the very beginning.
This is currently in litigation.

I DO NOT recommend this apartment company to anyone unless you are ok with having a headache from them 3 years after you move, stealing your security deposit and living in conditions which clearly violate Massachusetts Sanitary Code.

I sound like a deadbeat? Right. You also sound extremely ignorant and judgmental. I am not going to be drawn in the by childish nature of your response though I can tell by your grammar your comprehension level is not very high and for me to attack you personally would be quite easy. Anyway: I am commenting on services and the physical state of the place. I am NOT attacking people and their character as you have done here. I mentioned the NStar bill as an indication that the old appliances I already mentioned are so old they are drawing huge amounts of electricity for normal usage. Mark P Smith: ALL OF MY BILLS ARE PAID. Since you had to bring that up. You should get all the facts before you make yourself seem stupid

You said "The interior of the apartments is UGLY. Kitchen appliances are from 1983. The linoleum floor in my townhouse should have been replaced." so why would you rent from them if you found it to be "ugly." and secondly how is tudor glen violating sanitary codes? First of all they would not be in business and it sounds to me you are a deadbeat and live like a slob. Thirdly, you claim you had aoutrageous electric bill, um Nstar is the electric company, that would follow under the category shut your tv off when not in use, shut off lights when not in use and computer, ac, and anything electric you dont need.. yada yada yada... um.. how is tudor glen responsible for your inability to shut off things when not in use...like i said before you sound like a deadbeat, a slob, and some one very ignorant.. hahah.case closed Tudor Glen Wins this one... ok pay your bill and shut up no one in the right mind would actually believe you .
