It Sucks

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
This complex is on a steady decline and it is all because of the incredibly poor management. The staff are ignorant and lazy. The landlord is crude and abusive in his language. I have politely and patiently been dealing with ongoing problems in my apartment and all I get is major attitude from the staff.
The water situation is HORRENDOUS.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
