It could be worse... in prison

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Office promised the world when I moved in, but I still have broken windows, stained flooring, and a so-so door lock. Maintenance acts annoyed with any questions or problems, so I end up fixing things myself. Last winter we lost hot water once a week for 6 months, then lost it COMPLETELY for 6 days straight. Taking a shower is like a fun-house ride: scalding hot, then ice cold... I spend 1/2 the time adjusting the nozzle. Washing machine breaks once a week. But I guess it could be worse. . .
