Little for a lot of money

I was shocked by how outdated things were when I inspected my apartment. There are no three pronged outlets so you can't plug anything modern into the outlets. The appliances are from the fifties, and the maintainence and security are poor at very best. The water situation is the worst. The water pressure is low, it is constantly rusty and the temperature flucuates from freezing cold to boiling hot. And the noise from the front entrance door is loud enough to shake my shelves on the wall.
The maintainence here is SLOWWWWWWWWWWWW. You have to constantly be on them about things and then you're lucky if they show up at all. And last but not least, the answering service that handles their messages is rude and not helpful at all.
BEWARE before renting.
