I have lived at the University apartments for the past 12 years. I saw the apartment review for where i lived and was mortified of the reviews. I have never had a problem here. I know alot of tenant that live here and spoked to them about the review and they said they never had a problem living here. So i approached the owner of the university apartments and showed them a print out of the reviews. He took me into the office and we looked up records corrasponding to the reviewed dates.every single review date lined up with a tenant dispute or eviction.So i write this review to let people know that was said may not be true as i said in the beginning i have lived here for 12 years and planning to be living here for a lot more years to come.

I would like to address the water problem The watwer on the south side of Woburn is dirty and discolored.City of woburn take the water from horn pond put it trough there new treatment plant. THAT DOESNT HAVE FILTRATION . I HAVE CALLED BOARD OF HEALTH THEY TOLD ME IT'S NOT A HEALTH PROBLEM
