A peaceful place to live

I have lived at the university apartments for 5 years know. I never once had a problem with management or the owners. If i do have a problem management takes care of it right away. If i have a problem in my apartment the maintance man is there in know time to address and fix the problem. It seem to me that the people that have problems with this complex either don't pay there rent or there is no way of pleasing them. It is a great location and is near everything. We do have a problem with the water and so does the areas around us. It is the cities problem to fix this as we have gone to meetings about this matter. I am pleased to live here an plan to stay here for a long time.
