UA is in a area that is close to everything, including continual road construction, contaminated water supply, and a monthly (blocked-off) parade route.

I can't express what a rip-off this place is; we have hot water only SOMETIMES, and even then, it's usually brown or reddish. The walls are paper-thin, the decor is old, and the office staff & crew is condescending. Just about everyone is this complex has complained about the water situation, but nothing has been done (and it's been going on for more than a year). This place used to be a nice complex, with potential residents on waiting lists. Now, when people move out, they toot their vans horns in celebration of their escape (seriously, I saw it just this past weekend). Don't be fooled- you could be next; protect yourself from massive disappointment and frustration: STAY AWAY!
