We were expecting when moved-in. We hoped to live here for a while. Given the rent, we expected a good maintenance and management. Well, guess what!' This was the worst apartment complex we ever lived in!
I never believed in ratings? site like this one, but now I see the numbers matching the performance. To give you an idea, here are SOME of the problems:
Inefficient heating system, $300 heating bill (that YOU pay!) is not uncommon. Bad maintenance, we had mold in our bathroom when moved-in. ceiling was spray-painted and looked spotted. Carpet was old (they won?t tell the age and won?t replace!) and filthy. I can?t say for sure but my gut feeling is my newborn developed infant eczema due to filth in the apartment. Even after this, management does not care!
Here we are, looking for another apartment, again, with the newborn.
