This is not a good apt. complex to live. After living a year, I moved to next door Kimball Court. I did not like the management. One thing they are good at is collecting the rent on time. The mangement personnel are not professional. They are not credible. The management is good at lying and telling stories. The worst thing is that they rent the same type apartment for many different prices. I found very starnge when I found out that I was renting a 2 bedroom for $1250 while my friend was renting the same unit for $1150, although we signed the lease at the same month. So, they don't regulate the price. The maintainace takes longer than they should be.
