I am in my third year of living here. At first, it was very nice - quiet and clean. Management has changed frequently over the last few years and in my opinion, it is getting worse each day.





I agree with most of the other postings about this apartment complex (I think the ones about mice and rats are not true, at least, in my experience they aren?t true). The recent posting about the garbage dumpsters is true - they?ve removed one and they haven?t been emptying them as frequently leaving nowhere to take your garbage as they ALL get full. When we then had to start stacking garbage beside the dumpster, management sent out a notice to all the buildings not to do it anymore. Well, where are you supposed to put it' Take it to the rental office and put it in their trash' I don?t suppose they would like that much - perhaps management could just make sure it gets emptied more often''





The other major concern right now is the constuction. Construction they didn?t mention was going to be taking place when we resigned our leases.. gee, wonder why'' The construction is making a huge mess of what used to be nice lawns in front of the buildings and the parking lots. For the longest time there has not been ample parking for the tenants (as advertised on their web site) and if you do find a place to park your car, it is COVERED in dust by the end of the day. It?s especially nice to look out your windows now too - the construction trailer, vehicles and at lunch time, the lunch truck comes to feed the construction workers and honks it?s horn - Nice - Hello! People have their HOMES here you know. The two weeks of pounding through ledge made the buildings VIBRATE and stuff was actually falling out of my medicine cabinet. I wonder if they are being honest with new people signing their leases about how long the construction will last' I?ve heard anywhere from 2 weeks until fall, 2004. If anyone knows, please post it here!





One of the good things about this place is that the maintenance crew is great - friendly, helpful and they seem to care when something isn?t working. They were great removing the snow last year super fast too!





In my opinion, they would do much better here if they would care about the people AFTER we signed leases - we might want to stay around longer. They forget that they come to work here but the rest of us LIVE here, make our homes here and raise our children here.





I?m one that can?t wait to move out..
