When I moved in, the place was great. The grouds were clean and well kept. It was acually one of the nicer buildings I?ve lived in. A year and a half later I have a different story to tell.



One thing I have to say is that the maintanence crew there is GREAT, with the exception of the new kid Wayne. I also have to tip my hat to them for putting up with the BUFFOONNERY that comes out of the office staff. What ever they tell you, it's just what you want to hear to get you out of there, and If the clothes dryer breaks for [lets say] the 8th time this year, you get an attitude about it[like its your fault].Oh ya, I wish I had a nickel for every time the water got shut off.



Lets talk about the construction that has deleted a good portion of the beautful trees, and has taken about half of what once was our barely ample parking lot. Not to mention the dust and paint chips on our vehicles, not to mention the noise. Thank god the early Saturday morning jackhammering has stopped.



All in all it could be a good place to live with a new office staff, and once the construction is done. It's a great location and convenient to everywhere.
