Here's a list....an honest list, so if you move here, beware:
* Rude staff
* Expensive light and heat bill for only one floor
* Things never work (heat, stoves catch on fire)
* So much noise from inconsiderate people who think it's party central
* No parking
* 2 washers 2 dryers for 20 apartments
* Will hold you to lease even with their negligence
* Rats and other rodents
* Construction noise
* Cement walls that look like prison
* Maintenance does not know how to fix most problems
* Too expensive to lose sleep over!
These are honest comments. I regret moving here and do not reccommend it to anyone else. I have not met one neighbor who likes this place!
