We rented this place for more than a year and had a good time. A couple of times when we did have an emergency, the management responded in an adequate time (one of them was a midnight call on a weekend). There are a few problems like kitchen space is a bit small (for 2-3 bedrooms they might be big but we had a 1 bedroom) but which is compensated by a huge living room. The only problem which is kind of annoying is I95 which is too close for comfort. Try to chose an inner apt if you don't want the constant noise from the traffic.
