Worst Management - I had rats in my apartment

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Well overall the management is the worst. They are keen about rent but not the service. Apartments are in bad shape, leaks all over, winter you feel cold in one room and very hot in the living room.

I could here rats running in the air conditioning. One day I found a rat in my garbage.
