These Apartments are close to i-95, too noisy, the utilities and bath room fixtures are pretty old, during winter cold draft comes in from the leaky old windows increasing your heating bill (heat not included in the rent). Staff is very rude. Not adequate parking space, if you reside facing road side you have to park your vehicle on the road. If you extend your lease you have to pay more. you have to really bargain the rent, the apartment next door similar to mine are paying 100 dollars less rent.
Gym and swimming pool is very good.
