This summer, a Honda had all of the tires ripped off and recently, someone was looking for an apartment where a person was robbed by knife point. I have been here for a while and I am out of here. The water is always rust color and I can hear all of my neighbor's telephone calls. The windows are drafty. The staff is rude and always raises the rent for no reason. New tenants pay less then lease renewals. All of this may be acceptable but the crime is not!
