Not worth it unless your in the new buildings in the back (2 buildings)

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The only good apartments are the two new buildings in the back. The office is unresponsive, but the maintainence staff is among the best. The one big problem is that the equipment in gym is always broken and takes forever to get it fixed. Apartments are noisy as the insulation is not good.
