parking is very hard, especially in winter, you lose at least 30 spots because of poor snow removal. they threaten to tow your car if you don't move when they plow, but don't let you know any times they would plow. my car was damaged a few times, probably young kids, scratched it up once and put a dent in the roof, broke in once and dumped my belongings everywhere, but didn't steal anything.
the management doesn't know what they are doing, everyone says something else. had to call many times before maintenance would come out, and then they rarely fixed things. in the two years i lived here my sliding door broke 3 times, the toilet is still leaking(mentioned when we moved in) the dishwasher and fridge needed to be replaced for leaking, the disposal broke a few times(and we don't put food in it). and the washer and dryer are always on the fritz, plus there are only two sets for 24 apts.
all in all, don't rent this unless you are in a bind or want to be really close to the highway. that was the best thing about being here, right in between two exits on 128.
