Noisey but spacious

Noise is a big detractor and I know I'm paying more for my apartment than others. The place is spacious. The places with the new kitchens are nice, but mine is still the old kitchen and it is horrible. Management has been very good. There is a new maintenance crew one of which is terrible and never leaves notes on the door to tell you that they entered which is illegal and unpleasant to know someone was in your apartment with out knowing why. BUT, I've been here 2.5 years and have some really nice neighbors. Overall, decent place to live.
