I would not recommend this to anyone with half a brain. I (very stupidly) signed a 1 year lease about two weeks ago, and it's been nothing but a nightmare. The former tenants in my place had moved out, so they renovated just before I moved in. Sounds great right' Nope. When I move in, the front door would not lock. The deadbolt was installed crookedly, and the part on the doorframe wasn't installed correctly, so the door wouldn't even close. My sliding glass door only opened from the outside with the key about half of the time, they had to replace the screen door for it, the door to the HVAC room doesn't shut because again it's crooked, the stopper for the bathroom sink didn't work, the heat wasn't turn on, and once they fixed that they had to replace the thermostat because it was broken. This was within 2 weeks of moving in right after they renovated. I can only imagine what it'd have been like if it hadn't been renovated. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors very easily, and it's not good for insulation. Basically they try to sell you on the tennis courts, grill area, and fitness center, but the part that matters, the living area, is horrible. I haven't had problems with parking, but I'm in the middle, so I have lots of places to choose from.
