Apt Price..Apt Convenience - Been here since 05.Obviously, one of the best you can find in Woburn. The only downside is Heat & hot water not included in rent. But adding that up, the Rent utilities is still a 150$ less than most other apts in the area. Specially for the space you get ( 950 for 1 Bd, 1055 for 2 Bd) that's a good deal. Stay far far away This has got a horrible management and rude office people. The apartment halls are filthy, not kept clean regularly and the washer/dryers are almost always broken. You can get better deal elsewhere for the price for sure. Move in at your own expense.
