Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
During every winter (the past 2) there are problems with squirrels and occasionally mice. Windows are not updated (drafty and no real insulation)... put up plastic sheets if you want to save heat. Poor security. Difficult to get maintenance response for small issues like lighting for commom areas to major issues like discolored hot water. Rent price decent for location but in return poor customer service.
