The landlords do not care about any noise complaints we might have, nor do they take care of the bug issue (remember the Riley bugs from Riley' They got even bigger at this place). The maintenance guy is creepy as hell, argues with you if you are not free for him to just breeze in and work on your apartment at random times (I have been late for class trying to get out of the apartment on time if he is there).
They do not enjoy giving you the 24 hour notice about working in your apartment. For most of the almost 2 years that I have been here, the light or fan has been broken in my bathroom. It took about 6 months for the fan to be fixed.
The place I rent is near a drug rehab house, which the landlord did not explain to us even when I asked him about the safety. So get use to seeing drunks on the sidewalks, men leering at you, and police coming to check up on that house.
Overall, this place is worse than the other landlord (who is known as one of the worst for the WPI area); yet the tenants keep quiet about how bad it is. Even the nephew of the landlords told me that these guys dont respect you unless you are Italian.
