I lived at 17 Elbridge for 2 years. Paul always had the driveway snowblowed, usually dealt with problems efficiently including replacing deadbolts, installing energy efficient windows and insulation, etc. Problems that weren't his fault included absurdly high gas heating costs and the douche who moved in after us pissing about how "dirty" the place was and taking the cleaning cost out of our deposit. No big surprises though. Rent was high but OK among 3 or 4 people.
