Arbor Point at Plantation Ridge

Go Elsewhere! From: phluffhead01 Date posted: 9/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The price of my apartment, $1290/mo is pretty ridiculous. Nothing extra fancy about Plantation Ridge, unless your into living in a hotel. Moved here from Va in a hurry so I rented quickly without really looking around. I found that there are millions of other places for 1/2 the rent or less to live with little deviation in the 'standard of living.' Plantation Ridge is like buying the fully loaded BMW for the image when a Jetta is just as functional. Staff is sometimes nice, depending on the person, gym is small but open 24/7, has an 'uppity' community. I did like being 1 mile from the med school and walked there frequently and its often a quiet neighborhood.
