This is by far the most unprofessional, money-sucking, lack of customer service apartment I have ever lived in. During the winter, our heat bills were between $500-$600 and we kept our heat at 55 during the day and 60 at night. The hot water in our shower only lasted for about 3-4 minutes in the winter, not allowing two people to take a shower in the morning. Our "secure" parking garage door was broken for a month and left open, resulting in a stolen bike. The management continuously harassed us by saying we did not pay our rent or parking, when in reality we were NEVER even close to paying late--their horrible bookkeeping is sloppy, careless, and resulted in much stress. Management advertises free high-speed internet--the internet here often breaks down for 4-5 days on end with no notification from the staff. Also, management has rarely notified us of when we receive packages in the mail. When confronted with these issues, including in a legal demand letter, the manager and management of the apartment were unresponsive and acted as though we were lying. DO NOT even consider living here. If we could afford a lawyer (we're both graduate students), we would definitely be taking the management to court.
