I moved here about 2 months ago and absolutely love it here! The office staff at princeton place is great-so friendly, attentive to maintenance problems, and seem to be on top of things. I've so enjoyed my apartment! I was surprised by how quiet the apartment building is-I never hear anyone unless i am in the hallwau passing through. I was initially skeptical of the area, but found that I am surrounded by great neighbors in the apartment and surrounding community! It's only 18 apartments in the building and in a residential area. Since the nice weather, I've noticed it is a very family friendly area-and on a dead end road no less!) I just love coming home at night! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COHASSET PLACE!!
