Stay away from east view

I would stay away from east view: 1) the management is lousy; 2) too crowded; 3) ill-ventilated; 4) heat is not inluded; 5) too expensive (compared to other apartments in the area); 6) they say hot water is included but beware it is just a warm water and you don't get this warm when you need it. For example if you want to take shower in the morning (I am sure at that time other people will also be taking showers) you just get plain cold water. If you call the management as usual they will give some lousy explanation. If you call again, it goes to the answering machine; 7) the manager is a liar; 8) for the same amount of money you can find another apartment (heat included); 9) finally, the noise, you can hear your neighbor's snore.
