too much to control From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I think Lincoln village should be split into 3 oe 4 separate managing offices; it may help improve the poor ratings, insecurity and distaste residents have about living here, such as the loud neighbors, lack of safety, bugs, critters, screaming kids living and over staying visits where they should not be and more.
