Went downhil quickly

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
While for the first six months things were fine, the building quickl became infested with mice and cockroaches, a lot of disability people then moved into the building and all you could hear was "GET THE F**k OUT OF HERE" "F**k OFF YOU F**kING C**T" and so forth at all hours. Also, though not nesecarily the property owners fault, there have been various drug busts in the alley behind the building, and a fatal shooting just a block down the road, hardly confidence inspiring.
