I lived there for 2 years while in college and have to tell my story. First the office staff has a HIGH turnover rate, they fired Diane a staple there for years and have moved through so many others its a joke. They sell you they process maintenance request daily, truly call in a maintenance request order MANY times before they enter your apartment WITHOUT NOTICE and don't even fix it right.
I go late rent notices when I paid and in general never trusted the staff let alone my neighbors. I lived there because I could not afford more but I had mace in my hand everyday while entering the building. I saw needles, homeless people and ever WORSE in the halls.
I AM LETTING ALL FEMALE COLLEGE STUDENTS KNOW< IT IS NOT SAFE AND DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR "SPECIALS"
